The Lady Tigers traveled to Edcouch for a meeting with the Yellowjackets for a 32-5A District contest before the start of the Holidays.

The Lady Tigers (13-10), (2-0) quickly got into their offense set and began their scoring onslaught on the way to wining the contest 61-36.

The Lady Tigers jumped to a 30-13 lead in the first quarter. Scoring for the Tigers were Randi Lara, 29; Cerina Limas scored 9; Jada Luna, 4; Leah Adame, 13; Danielle Barroso, 21; Jaymie Flores, 14; Riley Lara, 3; Abigail Rocha, 4; De’ Asia Brown, 6. 

Next up for the Lady Tigers is Brownsville Porter at home December 31, at 2:30 p.m.
