Q: What club are you a member of?
A: Queen City 4H
Q: What will you be presenting at RGVLS?
A: I show market and breeding rabbits, horticulture, photography, and I compete in Livestock Judging.
Q: What is your animal’s name and breed?
A: I have market and breeding Californian rabbits, and I have a combination of plants for my horticulture division. My breeding rabbits names are Jack and Rose.
Q: Why do you like presenting at RGVLS?
A: I like presenting at RGVLS to show off my work that I put into my projects and to get the experience of showing.
Q: Is this your first time presenting at RGVLS?
A: No, This is actually my third year showing at the RGVLS.
Q: What is your best memory of RGVLS over the years?
A: One of my favorite memories is spending the days at the RGVLS with my sister and showing our projects together. I also love the food that comes with going to the stock show.
Q: Have you been successful at RGVLS before, or what is your goal for this year’s competition?
A: Yes I have been successful. Last year I placed 1st with my combination plants in Horticulture and 2nd with my breeding rabbit, and I have gotten champion showmanship in breeding rabbit showmanship for RGVLS.
Q: How much work does it take to prepare and work with your animal?
A: I work with my breeding rabbits all year long and market rabbits for a month daily feeding them and watering them. My plants take 5 months of watering and care.
