MERCEDES TERMINATORS FINISH SEASON

Texas 2 Face Football Organization finished its inaugural season with a playoff appearance in the 10 U division. The Terminators finished the season 5-3. They reached the semifinals in a match against  Weslaco’s United, the No. 1  team in the division. The game was played at Tom Landry Field  in Mission, Texas. The second round playoff match ended in a lopsided 0-21 loss for the Terminators in a gridiron grudge match. The team played outstanding as the Terminators also shutout many opponents with its ground and pound running game and pass attack that ended with many touchdowns throughout the season. Three players, Justin and Joel Rosales and Gilbert Perez were selected to the All- Stars Game. Justin Rosales was the touchdown leader and helped lift the team to a No. 4 ranking. Over the course of the season the Terminators scored 125 offensive points and allowed 78 points on defense.

Gilbert Perez was seen on social media by over 2.2 million viewers for his work on the playing field. At 10-years he stands at 6-2 feet tall towering over all his opponents.  

The Team is lead by Team President/Coach Jose Andres Rosales, Vice President / Coach Ricardo Chapa and Athletic Director / Coach Neil Contreras.

The team falls under the Texas Sports Football League.
